- Go to your browser (Firefox or Google Chrome works best)
- In a new tab, type: yalowitz.ema.md (do not use www. or https:)
- This brings you to the home page of the Patient Portal
- Please contact our office to obtain your username and temporary password
- Once logged in, you may change your password by going to the top right and select “Reset Password”
- By navigating tabs on the left you can update patient information
