Dr. Margo Lederhandler is a double board-certified dermatologist and fellowship-trained Mohs surgeon with advanced expertise in cosmetic dermatology, laser treatments, and skin cancer surgery. She is passionate about helping patients achieve their unique aesthetic and medical goals through the most advanced, evidence-based techniques in dermatologic care.
Dr. Lederhandler offers comprehensive treatment across medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. She specializes in refined, natural-looking rejuvenation using state-of-the-art lasers, injectables, surgical techniques, and scar revision therapies. Known for her warm demeanor and thoughtful approach, Dr. Lederhandler builds lasting relationships with her patients—caring for individuals of all ages with trust and compassion.
In addition to her clinical practice, Dr. Lederhandler serves as an Assistant Professor of Clinical Dermatology at Weill Cornell Medicine, where she enjoys teaching and mentoring dermatology resident physicians in advanced dermatologic and reconstructive surgery. Fluent in English and Spanish, Dr. Lederhandler lives in Westchester County with her husband and three children.
